The Message
Dear Kerry,
Nine years. That is a lot of oat flat whites, a ridiculous amount of cheese sticks, and probably enough coffee to keep Melbourne awake for a week.
You were never just a customer. You were one of those people who somehow became part of the place. You knew everyone, always stopped for a chat, asked how we were going, and actually cared about the answer.
You made busy mornings more fun, Monday mornings more bearable, and cheat days much easier to justify.
We are definitely going to miss making your coffee, but more than that, we are going to miss seeing you walk through the door. The laughs, the stories, the random chats, and the energy you brought with you every time.
Wherever you end up next, we hope the coffee is strong, the cheese sticks are warm, and whoever makes your oat flat white knows exactly what they are doing.
